We send all our parcels via Royal Mail's Standard Parcel service. This is an insured delivery that Royal Mail aim to delivery in 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
If by some chance your delivery does not appear after this time please let us know, but we will be unable to arrange any replacement until 15 working days have past - until then Royal Mail only class a parcel as delayed, not lost. We cannot change this time as it it not set by us.
Obviously we will keep in touch during this time, and if your parcel has still not arrived after 15 days, we will, stock permitting, arrange a replacement to be send out to you straight away.
For a full breakdown of our delivery terms, please see the Terms and Conditions page.
